The Flying Biscuit accomplishes, with gusto, a task that would send most other breakfast joints out the door, quaking in the boots. They make delicious, filling morning meals that are also healthy. Whether it's their chicken sausage, their turkey bacon, or even their scrambled tofu, healthy is the buzzword, and it's what has kept people lining up around the block to get in.
